Description of Claritin Reditab

Claritin Reditab is part of the class of drugs known as non-sedating antihistamines. When a human being experiences an allergic reaction, certain cells in his/her body release naturally occurring chemicals known as histamines, which cause symptoms like sneezing, itching and watery eyes, sore throat and several other types of irritations. Antihistamines like Claritin Reditab prevent the body from producing excessive amounts of histamines to keep the symptoms in check. The generic name of Claritin Reditab is loratadine.

Indications & Dosage of Claritin Reditab

Claritin Reditab is indicated mainly for the treatment of seasonal and perennial allergies like nasal congestion, sneezing, itchy and watery eyes, etc. The drug can also be indicated for other uses.
