Description of Levitra

Levitra is an oral drug prescribed to men in whom an enzyme known as phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) prevents proper functioning of the penis muscles leading to erectile dysfunction. Vardenafil, the active ingredient in Levitra, belongs to a class of drugs known as PDE5 inhibitors and acts by blocking the action of those enzymes in the muscles of the membrum virile. The generic name Levitra is known by is Vardenafil hydrochloride.

2.5mg, 5mg, 10mg and 20mg oral tablets are available for men who want to buy Levitra. Each round tablet contains, beside an equivalent quantity of vardenafil, the following inactive components: microcrystalline cellulose, hypromellose, crospovidone, magnesium stearate, colloidal silicon dioxide, titanium dioxide, polyethylene glycol and ferric oxides.

Indications & Dosage of Levitra

It is important to note that sexual stimulation needs to follow medication for its efficacy. Patients over and around 65years of age should consider 5mg Levitra as the maximum dose.

There should be a minimum time gap of 24 hours between two consecutive doses of Levitra.
