Frequently Asked Questions
Where do you get the medications?
We offer medications from international pharmacies and dispensaries who purchase from international manufacturers and distributors. This means that the drugs you buy from us are completely legitimate and of the highest quality. They are produced by reputed pharmaceutical manufacturers as well that follow strict guidelines set by various government organizations.
Why are the names of drugs different from the ones available at my local store?
The name of a drug is usually just a brand name that has been copyrighted by the manufacturer. This means that other manufacturers that make the same drug cannot use the same brand name. Therefore, you will see some different brand names but the generic name of these drugs is the same. As well, some brand name manufacturers market a drug under one name in one country, and under a different name in another country, but it is still the same brand name drug. In other words, you have the same product being sold in different wrappings.
Why are the drugs in your website sold so cheap if they are ultimately the same as the ones that are more expensive?
The drugs sold from our website are cheaper than the ones you get from local stores because of the lower drug costs in other countries with price controls. We source brand name drugs from countries that regulate the prices of brand name drugs, so the prices we can offer you for the same medications are a lot lower. We also offer generic drugs which are substantially cheaper than brand name drugs. Branded drugs are often costlier because of the costs involved in researching the drug. On the other hand, generic drugs are cheaper because they only have to make up for the manufacturing cost.
What do you mean by generic drugs?
A generic drug is a copy of its branded version, which means that it contains the same active ingredient as a branded drug does. Like branded drugs, generic drugs also need to abide by strict manufacturing guidelines set by the appropriate government body. As a result, the quality of both a generic and branded drug is almost completely the same. However, it must be noted that generic drugs do vary from branded drugs in terms of minor ingredients used. For example, a generic drug may use different color compounds or tablet coating compounds from a branded drug. These differences are mostly cosmetic, and do not have any effect on the activity of the drug itself. To put it simply, generic drugs are the same as branded ones, except that they look a little different and are much cheaper than their branded counterpart is.
Do you offer controlled drugs or narcotics?
No, we have a strict policy against selling narcotics and other controlled drugs such as codeine, morphine, and Valium.

Our shipping charge is $9.99 per order, irrespective of size. However, if your order cost exceeds $99, we waive off the shipping charge. In case of international orders, we add a shipping charge of $19.95, irrespective of the size of the order.
Can I order drugs without a prescription?
Unless you are ordering over-the-counter drugs, we do require a valid prescription from a licensed and practicing doctor in order process orders. We will not process your order unless you provide us with a valid prescription, as is the system in any local pharmacy. You can send your prescription to us by mail or fax it to our toll-free number: 1-888-325-3149. Please note that we can also call your doctor for your prescription if that is your preference, at no extra cost.
When can I expect the delivery of goods?
In most cases, orders are delivered with 2 to 3 weeks days after the order has been processed, and we try our best to process the order within 3 business days after it is placed. We also guarantee that the order will be delivered within 30 days after it has been sent from our end. If your order does not arrive within 30 days from the date it was shipped, we will offer you a re-shipment at no additional cost, if the product is not received. For international orders the shipping guarantee is 6 weeks. Please note that this guarantee is valid for up to 90 days from the time of billing your order.
Can I order as much of a drug as I want?
Please not that we only allow 3 months supply of a drug per order by international mail order, which is limited only for personal use and not for commercial resale. The Customs clearance department of your country will have full discretionary power for allowing or rejecting a 3-month supply or refill of a prescription. If your prescribed treatment period is for more than 3 months, you may ask us to send the refill as and when it is due.
