Oforta is administered for treating those patients who have B-cell chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL). There should be a minimum gap of 28 days between two 5-day treatments. The administration of Oforta is dependent on the Body Surface Area or BSA. The maximum dosage for adults with BSA of 2.39 to 2.50 is Oforta 100 mg or 10 tablets and those with a BSA of 0.75 to 0.88 is Oforta 30 mg or 3 tablets.
