Description of Serc
Serc is an anti-vertigo medicine meant for oral administration. It is available in the following dosage strengths- 8mg, 16mg and 24mg. Betahistine dihydrochloride is the active ingredient in this medicine which stimulates certain chemicals in the ear blood that causes vasodilatation. As a result, the medicine reduces ear pressure.
