Any product you order from our website has a shipping charge of $9.99 (if under $99) to any destination in the United States. For International orders the shipping charge is $19.95. There are no other hidden or additional charges that you will be asked to pay during or after your order is processed. No additional amount will be deducted from your credit card from our end either.

The order, once processed successfully, will be sent via normal U.S. Postal Service delivery for U.S. orders. In the case of orders from outside of Canada or the United States, you will need to allow additional time for delivery. If the order is to any country outside the United States or Canada, it may take 4 to 6 weeks for delivery.

If the order takes more than 21 business days to reach you, you may request us for a reshipment free of cost. We are committed to complete customer satisfaction, and will look into the matter and send you a free replacement or a complete refund. This 21 business day guarantee does NOT apply to International orders outside of Canada or the United States.

Please note that there may be delays that cannot be foreseen by us under normal circumstances, and we will not be responsible for them. Examples of such delays include problems in your country's Customs clearance, shortage in the quantity of the drugs you order, or any delays caused by weather while transporting the package. However, we do guarantee that your order will be delivered within 21 business days after it has been shipped.

For this reason, we offer a 30-day return policy for any order that you are not 100% satisfied with. You can call our customer service center toll-free and inform our representative that you want to return the delivered medicines. Alternatively, you can contact us via email. Please note, however, that you must initiate the process within 30 days after the date of delivery.

Once you have notified us of your intentions to return the package, within the time specified above, you will be given instructions on how to send the package to us accordingly. The refunded amount depends on the amount that you send back. If you return the complete package as you ordered it, the complete amount you paid will be refunded, along with the shipping cost incurred by you to send it back to us, if under $10.

If you do not send the full amount of medication which was sent to you from our pharmacy partners, you will refunded the amount according to the percent amount that was returned. For example, if you sent 90 percent of the tablets back to us, you will receive 90 percent of the original price you paid. In addition, you would be refunded the shipping charges you paid us for delivering the package and up to $10 of the shipping cost incurred by you when you returned the package.

If you were eligible for a refund, you would be given back the money through the same method used by you to pay us. In other words, if you had paid for your order via credit card, you be refunded through credit card. If you paid via check, you would be sent a check with the refund amount.

Please note that you cannot send a product to us for a return or refund unless you initiate the process by talking to our customer service representative. If you do resend a package to us without seeking authorization from our representative, you will not be issued a refund. Also, note that no refunds or returns are accepted after 30 days from the date of delivery, with the date of delivery set as the 10 th business day after the order has been processed.

Once we receive an item for return and refund, we will require seven business days to process the request. In any case, you can expect an appropriate refund sent to your within four weeks after we receive the package. However, in most cases, we process and send a refund within a shorter time. The maximum time of four weeks takes into account the time take for us to receive the package, the time taken to process the request, and the time taken for you to receive the refund. You will receive notification emails to your account as and when we receive your package and process it.

It must be noted that we do not provide fraudulent or suspicious refund policies such as those given below:

  • -Providing account credit as a refund; we provide only money, since account credit is not useful if you do not want to purchase from us anymore
