General Information on Xgeva

Xgeva is prescribed to reduce the risk of bone fractures in people with tumors that have spread to the bone. Denosumab, the main active ingredient in the medication, belongs to a group of medicines known as RANK ligand inhibitors. It helps reduce the breakdown of bone and also increases bone density and thickness.
